Clinic Owner & Senior Accredited Exercise Physiologist: BSC (Exercise Physiology)

Lauren Lander

As an Exercise Physiologist, I possess the knowledge and skill set required to design and deliver safe, effective exercise interventions for both healthy individuals and those managing acute or chronic conditions, injuries, or disabilities. I am trained to assess and address conditions relating to the cardiovascular, metabolic, neurological, musculoskeletal, and respiratory systems, as well as mental health.

In addition to clinical exercise prescription, I have a strong foundation in strength and conditioning, endurance development, and performance enhancement. This enables me to work across a broad spectrum of clients — from those seeking improved health and functional capacity to athletes striving for optimal performance — while ensuring all programs are evidence-based, individualised, and outcome-focused.
My speciality areas are:
• Athletic performance (inc testing and coaching) & Strength and Conditioning
• Workers Compensation
• Women’s Health (pre and post-natal)

Throughout my life, I have been actively involved in a variety of sports, including competing at both State and National levels. These experiences have shaped my strong belief in the power of leading a healthy, active lifestyle and inspired my desire to help others do the same.

I am passionate about promoting the physical and mental benefits of health and fitness, and I take great pride in supporting individuals on their unique journeys. My primary area of interest is strength and conditioning, where I focus on helping both athletes and the general population maximise the results of their training. Whether the goal is enhancing performance, preventing injury, or improving functional capacity and overall quality of life, I am committed to delivering effective, evidence-based guidance.

I strive to design tailored programs that meet each client’s individual needs, expectations, and goals. By combining structured progression with an enjoyable training experience, I aim to empower clients to achieve sustainable results while developing a lifelong appreciation for movement and performance
