As an Exercise Physiologist, I possess the knowledge and skill set required to design and deliver safe, effective exercise interventions for both healthy individuals and those managing acute or chronic conditions, injuries, or disabilities. I am trained to assess and address conditions relating to the cardiovascular, metabolic, neurological, musculoskeletal, and respiratory systems, as well as mental health.
In addition to clinical exercise prescription, I have a strong foundation in strength and conditioning, endurance development, and performance enhancement. This enables me to work across a broad spectrum of clients — from those seeking improved health and functional capacity to athletes striving for optimal performance — while ensuring all programs are evidence-based, individualised, and outcome-focused.

Throughout my life, I have been actively involved in a variety of sports, including competing at both State and National levels. These experiences have shaped my strong belief in the power of leading a healthy, active lifestyle and inspired my desire to help others do the same.
I am passionate about promoting the physical and mental benefits of health and fitness, and I take great pride in supporting individuals on their unique journeys. My primary area of interest is strength and conditioning, where I focus on helping both athletes and the general population maximise the results of their training. Whether the goal is enhancing performance, preventing injury, or improving functional capacity and overall quality of life, I am committed to delivering effective, evidence-based guidance.

Toni Lander
As a Dietitian I am equipped with the knowledge and expertise to provide tailored nutrition and dietary advice to treat a wide variety of medical and health conditions. I am well versed in medical nutrition therapy and nutrition counselling skills to help you reach your unique goals. I can help in the management of many health conditions including; diabetes, high cholesterol, weight and food related concerns, IBS and other gastrointestinal concerns (ie. diverticulitis or IBD) as well as women's health concerns including PCOS and endometriosis.

Since graduating I have moved back to Bunbury and have been working full time as a dietitian. I am passionate about providing evidence-based nutrition advice that is unique to you and your needs.

As an Exercise Physiologist, I specialise in creating targeted, evidence-based exercise programs that safely support both healthy individuals and those managing complex health conditions. With a strong passion for mental health, I take a holistic approach to exercise prescription, recognising the powerful connection between movement, mindset, and overall quality of life. I believe that sustainable progress comes from building a balanced lifestyle — one that integrates training, recovery, work demands, and personal wellbeing. My goal is to empower clients with the tools, structure, and confidence to create long-term, positive change.
I have a strong work history in preventive health and injury prevention within the mining sector. Working alongside those with manual labour-intensive jobs and exposure to high-risk environments to align safety with practicality. I aim to reduce injury risk, improve workplace performance, and support long-term workforce health. I am passionate about identifying physical demands within specific roles and developing proactive strategies that promote durability, efficiency, and wellbeing at work.
